Our team has been selected to represent England at the European Open School Championships in Athens. We will compete and take part in lighting the Olympic Torch.

Gold Award
We are delighted to announce that we Sandside Lodge, have achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2022/23 academic year.
The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme launched in 2012, facilitated by the Youth Sport Trust to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community, and we are delighted to have been recognised for our success.
Our sporting achievements this year include:
Dance Syndrome, Everybody Dance Project, Inclusive Gymnastics with Bleasdale and George Hastwell School, Girls and Boys Football Festival, Table Cricket, Inclusive Sport Leadership, Table Cricket, Inclusive Tennis Festival, MOVE Open DAY, Riding for the Disabled sessions, Dressage and Away Day, Sponsored Bike afternoon, Sponsored Raindeer Dash afternoon, Circus Skills Club, Panthlon, Swimming, Inlcusive Bikes, Tryathlon Day, Special Olympics Class Challenge Day and Intra-School Sports Day.
